“NexGen removed old, crumbling concrete steps and installed a new composite deck and stairs as well as a new storm door for us. We couldn’t be happier with the experience, from the first contact to the final walk-through. Jonathen Weeks places a high value on every aspect of his business: certainly high-quality workmanship at an appropriate price in a desirable time-frame, but also punctuality and good communication. He listened carefully to our thoughts on what we were trying to accomplish, formulated our thoughts into a plan of action, then set that plan in motion and saw it through to completion. He is an excellent planner, resulting in all parties having a solid understanding of the work. He was able to answer our questions at every stage of the project; he has a deep understanding of the “industry standard” for all aspects of the projects he undertakes. Similarly, his crew displayed a high level of competence in their work, and a strong work ethic. We are thrilled with our new deck, stairs, and door, and are already planning the next project that we will ask the company to undertake for us.”

“I couldn't be happier with my experience with Jonathen and NexGen. We contracted him to build a full bathroom in our basement and are very pleased with the finished product. On the front end, Jonathen had great communication, was able to to make it to our property quickly and provided a detailed estimate breakdown and execution plan with a video explanation and list of materials/finishes. Jonathen worked with the permitting authority to expedite approvals and provided routine updates along the way. In execution we were provided consistent photo and video updates and the work was completed on time and on budget. Overall, we had an excellent experience working with NexGen and it was a night and day difference compared to working with a typical GC. We will definitely be calling NexGen for any and all future projects and you should too.”

“Oh my golly! Where do I start? Every second of my experience with Johnathen and his team was professional, courteous, respectful and down right enjoyable. The free estimate with quote was done on the 12th. I had 3 altogether. I mulled it over for a few days but really knew right away that NexGen was the perfect fit and right choice. Every bit of correspondence was addressed right away. I put down the deposit on the 21st. They were here the next morning! Fortune smiled on me as they had just finished up a job. The roof they replaced was almost completely rotted out. Which I found out because while playing ghost in the grave yard one night, one of my grandsons climbed up on the roof to hide (technically cheating) and all most fell completely through! Yikes. I had to cover it with a tarp to try and protect it from further damage until I could afford to fix it. This is a 12x28 building. Total roof replacement. The team showed up on the morning of the 22nd and for lack of a better description, they kicked behind. If it weren’t for the obvious beautiful new roof, you couldn’t even tell they had been here the clean up was so good. I know this is long but I just can’t say enough about my experience with NexGen. I have no doubt that they will quickly become a top respected professional force here in the valley. One with an honorable top tier work ethic. “We had nexgen restore our kitchen after a bad deal of water damage and boy did they impress, we had miserable experiences along the way with a few other contractors but the handsome face of nexgen Jonathen made us forget all about the bad experiences we had with the impressive work him and his crew put in at our house. “Jonathan’s hospitality is a 10 out of 10. When I called he answered on the first or second ring and was out to our house within 30 minutes! We got so lucky that he was wrapping up a project down the road. We had many weeks go by due to us having to wait on insurance for their part to be handled but even in those weeks of waiting on insurance Jonathan checked in on us weekly, he did not have to do that but he did so that we felt valued at customers! We felt like insurance was giving us the run around at times and left us behind after our water heater leaked and our whole kitchen was gutted. Jonathan helped in every way he could speaking to insurance and helping relay things to us. Jonathan’s crews who came to help put our kitchen back together were all very friendly and paid attention to the details I wouldn’t have even noticed! Jonathan continued to follow up on every part of the process to make sure we were happy how things were going and how the work was being done! If anyone needs any work done, I highly recommend NexGen, Jonathan was amazing to work with!”
