Oh my golly! Where do I start? Every second of my experience with Johnathen and his team was professional, courteous, respectful and down right enjoyable. The free estimate with quote was done on the 12th. I had 3 altogether. I mulled it over for a few days but really knew right away that NexGen was the perfect fit and right choice. Every bit of correspondence was addressed right away. I put down the deposit on the 21st. They were here the next morning! Fortune smiled on me as they had just finished up a job. The roof they replaced was almost completely rotted out. Which I found out because while playing ghost in the grave yard one night, one of my grandsons climbed up on the roof to hide (technically cheating) and all most fell completely through! Yikes. I had to cover it with a tarp to try and protect it from further damage until I could afford to fix it. This is a 12x28 building. Total roof replacement. The team showed up on the morning of the 22nd and for lack of a better description, they kicked behind. If it weren’t for the obvious beautiful new roof, you couldn’t even tell they had been here the clean up was so good. I know this is long but I just can’t say enough about my experience with NexGen. I have no doubt that they will quickly become a top respected professional force here in the valley. One with an honorable top tier work ethic. We had nexgen restore our kitchen after a bad deal of water damage and boy did they impress, we had miserable experiences along the way with a few other contractors but the handsome face of nexgen Jonathen made us forget all about the bad experiences we had with the impressive work him and his crew put in at our house.
